Refund policy

  • 3D Athl3tics covers Returns/Refunds (defective items)
  • Damaged or faulty: Items arrive ripped, stained, or with poor print quality (blurry, wrong colors).
  • Manufacturing error: Wrong product, size, or design printed.
  • Lost in transit: If deemed lost by Printify Support.
  • Time-frame: Must report within 14 days of delivery.
  • Action: Submit an issue via your Orders tab with photos/video showing the problem; you usually keep the item.
